One real inventor's complete method, on screen

I'm Jason L. Williams. I used this exact method to take one idea — a frustration in my closet — to a filed provisional patent, technical drawings, photoreal renders, a formed company, and a live brand: TSARI. I did it by directing AI through every role I couldn't afford to hire: design partner, patent researcher, draftsman, brand studio, and project manager.

This course is that method, worked phase by phase on camera. You don't just watch it — every module hands you the installable Claude skills and templates, then sends you to move your own idea one phase forward. No technical, design, or legal background is assumed. The only thing you bring is one real frustration of your own.

The free guide gave you the map. The Playbook gave you the written terrain. The course is me beside you, building the whole way through.

One method. Real, verifiable output.

This isn't theory. The same workflow you'll watch produced an actual filed provisional, a documented figure set, and a live brand — all directed through AI, by one person.

A frustration that became an invention
It starts with a frustrationOne real annoyance, named honestly — the seed every invention in the method grows from.
Technical drawings
It becomes a documented designSpecs locked section by section, then drawn as clean, labeled technical figures.
Patent-style figure
It becomes a filing draftA numbered, cross-checked figure set and a maximum-flexibility provisional disclosure — for attorney review.

What's inside — 12 modules across the 5 stages of a real invention

Each module: learn the phase, watch it worked end to end on a real example, get the skills and templates, then do the work on your own idea. Twelve assignments stack into your capstone.

Stage 1 · Find the problemModules 1–2
01
Capture the itchName the real problem — separate the symptom from the root cause, and lock a single-sentence problem statement.
02
Validate that it's worth solvingMap how people solve it today, find the real gap, and make an honest go / reframe / stop call.
Stage 2 · Define the productModules 3–4
03
Develop the conceptInstall constructive disagreement so Claude pushes back, then name your concept and draw one hard scope boundary.
04
Design it section by sectionLock each component — form, dimensions, material, mechanism — into a living master specification.
Stage 3 · Make it real & protectedModules 5–7
05
Turn the design into drawingsDirect Claude to produce clean, labeled technical figures, and cross-check every figure against the spec.
06
Search the prior artRun a classification-plus-keyword landscape search and write an element-by-element differentiation memo.
07
Write the provisional disclosureDraft a maximum-flexibility provisional disclosure — marked for attorney review before filing.
Stage 4 · Bring it to lifeModules 8–9
08
Bring it to life visuallyArt-direct photoreal renders, lock a master reference, and hold consistency across every angle.
09
Build the brandLock voice principles and a visual system into a brand kit Claude references every time it writes or designs for you.
Stage 5 · Build the businessModules 10–12
10
Reach manufacturersQualify makers, prepare NDAs and a spec packet, and hold the rule: no specs to anyone until a signed NDA is back.
11
Set up the companyWeigh entity and state trade-offs, keep the IP clean and separate, and build a post-formation checklist.
12
Go to marketStand up a landing page and waitlist, write launch copy in your locked voice, and build in public while you finish.
The capstone · your idea, all twelve phases

From twelve assignments to one invention package

Every module ends by moving your own idea one phase forward. The capstone is the assembly: a named, scoped, specified idea with figures, a prior-art memo, a provisional draft ready for an attorney, renders, a brand, a sourcing plan, a formation plan, and a live waitlist. Not a certificate — a real invention package, the same shape the TSARI build produced, now built around your idea.

Everything the modules use is included

Install the skills once; copy the templates and fill them in as you go. All included with enrollment.

5 installable Claude skills

Critical Thinking Partner, Decision Council, Spec Locker, Prior Art Search Assistant, and the Provisional Patent Disclosure Builder — set up with you, working in every conversation after.

7 fill-in templates

Origin Story & Problem Statement, Memory System Starter, Handoff Prompt, Manufacturer Outreach Kit, Drawing Index, Provisional Filing Roadmap, and the Maximum-Flexibility Patent Checklist.

The complete Playbook

The full written method, the eight operating-system disciplines, and the complete prompt library — the 51-page manual, included with the course.

The real build, up close

The full method worked on screen plus three complete live-build recordings, and redacted, annotated excerpts from the actual TSARI Claude sessions.

Is this for you?

Working through the method

This is for you if:

  • You have an idea — or a recurring frustration that might be one — and want a complete, ordered process instead of scattered AI experiments.
  • You learn best by watching it done, then doing it yourself with the tools in hand.
  • You use (or are ready to use) Claude as your working partner. The method is written for Claude specifically.
  • You're willing to do the work — lock decisions, run the assignments, build your own package phase by phase.

This is not for you if:

  • You want a "get a patent in a weekend" shortcut. There isn't one, and this doesn't pretend to be one.
  • You expect AI to replace a patent attorney. It can't, and the course is explicit about where the professional line sits.
  • You want to watch passively and skip the assignments. The capstone only exists if you do the work.

Playbook, Course, or Bundle

Same method, three depths. The Playbook is the complete written manual. The course is the whole thing worked on screen, with the skills and templates set up alongside you. The bundle is both.

What you'll need

The method is built around working sessions with Claude, so you'll need access to Claude on a paid plan — the entry paid tier is enough to start — plus the free Claude desktop app for Mac or Windows. That subscription is the only tool cost in the entire method.

Everything else is included: the Playbook, the templates, and the skills. The course opens with a Before You Start module that walks you through the full setup in about ten minutes, so you're ready before Module 1. No technical, design, or legal background required — just one real frustration of your own.

What you should know before enrolling

  • It's new. This course launched in 2026. You won't find hundreds of testimonials, because they don't exist yet. What you can verify: the method produced a real filed provisional, a real company, and a real brand — TSARI, mine. You can see it live at tsaristudio.com.
  • You can see exactly what you're getting. Every module, skill, and template is listed on this page. No hidden content, no drip-feed — lifetime access to all of it the moment you enroll.
  • Honest legal line. The AI-assisted patent searches, disclosures, prior-art analyses, NDAs, and entity guidance taught in this course are research and drafting aids, not legal, tax, or financial advice, and create no attorney–client relationship. A registered patent attorney must review your work before you file with the USPTO or rely on it; confirm entity and tax choices with a qualified attorney and accountant. Results vary; nothing here guarantees a patent, a sale, or any outcome.
  • Simple access. Enroll, and you're in immediately — the full course, the Playbook, the skills, and the templates, all at once.

Questions, answered honestly

How is the course different from the $27 Playbook?
Same method, different format and depth. The Playbook is the complete written manual — you read it and work it yourself. The course is the whole method worked on screen, module by module, with the skills and templates set up alongside you, three complete live-build recordings, annotated excerpts from the real TSARI sessions, and a capstone that walks your own idea through all twelve phases. The Playbook is included with the course, so you get both either way. Want both formats plus the bonus toolkit? There's a bundle at checkout.
Do I need a paid Claude account?
Yes. The method is built around working sessions with Claude, and the skills and longer sessions depend on a paid plan — the entry paid tier is enough to start. That subscription is the only tool cost in the entire method. The opening Before You Start module covers exactly what you need and walks you through setup in about ten minutes.
Do I need any technical, design, or legal background?
No. The whole point is that one person can direct AI through roles they couldn't otherwise afford — design, drafting, patent research, branding, project management. The course assumes no prior experience in any of them, including no prior AI workflow experience. You bring one real frustration; the method supplies the rest.
Is this legal advice? Will it get me a patent?
No, and no guarantee. The course teaches an educational method with drafting aids. It gets your thinking, documentation, drawings, and disclosure draft most of the way — then a registered patent attorney reviews before you file. It's explicit about where that professional line sits at every phase, and nothing here guarantees a patent, a sale, or any outcome.
How long does the course take?
It's self-paced with lifetime access, so you move at your speed. Each module is built to be watched and then worked — the assignment moves your own idea one phase forward. Some people binge the videos first and do the work on a second pass; others build as they go. Either way, the twelve assignments assemble into your capstone.
What exactly do I walk away with?
A real invention package built around your idea: a named, scoped concept, a master specification, a figure set, a prior-art memo, a provisional disclosure draft ready for an attorney, master renders, a brand kit, a sourcing plan with NDAs, a formation plan, and a live waitlist — the same shape the TSARI build produced.
Refunds?
Please read the full module list, the "who it's not for" section, and the prerequisites before enrolling — everything you get is on this page. If something's broken or you can't access your materials, email [email protected] and we'll fix it.

One idea. Twelve phases. A real invention.
