Bravemind Academy ("Bravemind Academy," "we," "us," or "our") is an online education brand operated by CoreEthos Group. We offer online courses and educational materials, including The AI Inventor Method™. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. You can reach us anytime at [email protected].
Information you give us. When you opt in to a free guide, subscribe to our emails, create an account, or purchase a course, we collect information such as your name and email address. If you buy something, payment is processed by our payment provider (see "Third parties" below) — we do not store your full card details on our systems.
Information collected automatically. When you visit our pages, we and our analytics and advertising partners automatically collect technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, and how you arrived at our site. We use cookies and similar tracking technologies (including advertising pixels) for this.
We use your information to deliver the guides, courses, and materials you request; to send you marketing and educational emails; to operate, maintain, and improve our site and offerings; to process purchases; to measure and improve our advertising; and to comply with legal obligations.
If you opt in, we'll send you educational content, updates, and promotional emails. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email, or by emailing [email protected]. We'll honor opt-out requests promptly. Transactional messages (for example, a receipt or course-access details) may still be sent even after you unsubscribe from marketing.
We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies — including the Meta Pixel and Google tracking tags — to understand site usage and to deliver and measure advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of certain ad targeting through the tools offered by Meta and Google. Disabling cookies may affect how the site functions.
We use trusted service providers to run our business and share information with them only as needed to provide our services:
These providers handle your data under their own privacy policies. We do not sell your personal information.
We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You can ask us to delete your information (see below).
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To make a request, email [email protected] and we'll respond as required by applicable law.
Our materials are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
We may update this policy from time to time. We'll post the revised version here with a new effective date.
