These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Bravemind Academy website, guides, courses, and related materials (the "Services"), operated by CoreEthos Group ("Bravemind Academy," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our site, opting in, or purchasing, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Services.
Our guides and courses, including The AI Inventor Method™, are provided for general educational and informational purposes only. They do not constitute legal, financial, tax, business, or other professional advice, and no attorney-client, advisor, or similar relationship is created. We make no guarantee of any specific result, income, or outcome. Your results depend on many factors within your own control. Always do your own research and consult a qualified professional before making decisions based on our materials.
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. You may not share, resell, or transfer your access to a course or membership.
All content we provide — including courses, videos, guides, text, graphics, logos, the names "Bravemind Academy" and "The AI Inventor Method™," and all other materials — is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
When you purchase or access a course, we grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to view and use the materials for your own learning. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, resell, publicly share, record, or create derivative works from our materials, or use them to build a competing product, without our written permission.
Prices are shown at the point of purchase. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By purchasing, you authorize the applicable charge and confirm your payment information is accurate.
We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you're not satisfied with a course, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date by emailing [email protected]. To be eligible, you must not have completed more than 25% of the course content at the time of your request. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within a reasonable time. This guarantee applies to individual course purchases; refund terms for bundles or membership, if different, will be stated at checkout. Except as stated here or required by law, all sales are final.
You agree not to misuse the Services — including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, disrupting the site, scraping content, infringing others' rights, or using the Services for any unlawful purpose.
Our Services rely on and may link to third-party platforms (such as GoHighLevel, Stripe, Meta, and Google). We're not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular result will be achieved.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bravemind Academy and CoreEthos Group will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bravemind Academy and CoreEthos Group from claims arising out of your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.
We may modify or discontinue any part of the Services, and we may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted here with a new effective date. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
